Method: The product is analysed and the best method of manufacturing is arrived at by the design department. The required tooling and fixturing are designed and manufactured. Company has large quantity of Flexible fixturing making it possible to make Prototypes and first assemblies very quickly. Welding experts then prepare the WPS which the welders follow. The Paint shop experts study the customers requirements and then take up the correct process to fulfill the requirement Business of the company:
Supply of precision made metal parts using latest techniques of Computer controlled steel processing machines.
Supply of assemblies and fabrications as per customers drawings. These are ready to fit assemblies which have parts made in-house, bought out parts like castings, fittings etc. Various components are joined together by welding and then as per requirement other processes like drilling, milling, boring all performed. The assembly could be painted or plated as per customer requirements.
The fabrications could range from a few kilograms right upto 10 MT. The materials used would include Steel, Stainless steel, Aluminium and other special steels.
Projects : Company undertakes project based work where-in turnkey assignments of steel fabrications are taken up, supplied and erected at site. These could be part of Cement Plant material handling, Automotive Paint shops, etc.
